If you're interested in the cover, you can grab it by selecting "Manage Your Pledge" at the top of the campaign page, clicking "Change your pledge" on the next screen, selecting the Reward Tier you're interested in (or re-selecting the same Reward Tier if you're looking to add this cover as an Add-on), and then selecting the desired Add-ons from the menu on the next screen.
